Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your BikiHQ account and personal information at any time.
Step 1
Send your request
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your BikiHQ account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include your full name and account email address.
Step 2
Verify your identity
We may ask you to confirm account ownership or provide limited additional information. This protects accounts and personal information from unauthorized deletion requests.
Step 3
We process the deletion
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account information, connected social-login identifiers, event records, guest information, invitation records, and other personal information associated with the account.
Step 4
Receive confirmation
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will email you when the request is complete or if additional time is legally required.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or enforcement of our terms. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
