We collect the information needed to run event operations, including account details, event details, venue or location information, guest names and contact details, RSVP responses, invitation activity, pass identifiers, check-in timestamps, subscription status, support messages, and basic usage data.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and manage events, authenticate users, verify OTPs, manage guest lists, send event-related notifications, generate QR or barcode passes, prevent duplicate entry, track attendance, provide analytics, support subscriptions, and keep the platform reliable during live events.
Information guests and planners share
Planners are responsible for the guest information they upload or enter into BikiHQ. Guest data should only be used for legitimate event purposes such as invitations, RSVP management, access control, reminders, and attendance reporting.
Transactional communications
BikiHQ sends event and account messages tied to user activity, including OTP verification, password resets, invitations, RSVP notices, event reminders, check-in notifications, and service updates. We do not use these operational notifications for unsolicited bulk marketing.

We may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure product performance, and improve the reliability of planner and check-in workflows.
