Terms of Service

These product terms summarize expected use of BikiHQ across event planning, guest management, invitations, subscriptions, and live check-in workflows.

Platform Use

BikiHQ provides event operations tools for creating events, managing guests, issuing guest passes, checking attendees in, tracking attendance, and managing subscriptions. You are responsible for the accuracy of event, guest, venue, and account information added to the platform.

Accounts and Access

Users must keep login credentials secure and only grant access to people authorized to operate their events. Role-based access may separate event planners, attendants, and administrators.

Guest Data

Guest information should be collected and used only for legitimate event operations, including invitations, RSVP management, pass generation, attendance tracking, and related event communications.

Transactional Email

BikiHQ email workflows are intended for transactional communications such as OTP verification, password resets, event invitations, RSVP notices, event reminders, account notices, and check-in notifications. BikiHQ notifications must not be used for unsolicited promotional or bulk marketing email.

Subscriptions

Free and premium limits may apply to guest counts, event volume, analytics, uploads, and advanced features. Payment integration, plan limits, and billing controls are structured to support future expansion.

Reliability During Events

BikiHQ is designed for fast check-in workflows, duplicate entry prevention, and event visibility. Planners should still maintain operational backup processes for live events, venue connectivity issues, and device availability.

Complaints and abuse reporting

Report email abuse, account misuse, or event communication complaints to [email protected].
